A Christmas appeal has been launched to make sure every patient spending Christmas at Airedale Hospital receives a gift.
Dunelm is working with Airedale Hospital & Community Charity as part of its Delivering Joy campaign, encouraging local people to donate presents for patients who will be in hospital over the festive period.
People who want to take part can collect a gift tag from Dunelm, which will provide details of a suitable present to buy or make.
The gift should then be placed in an unsealed gift bag and returned to the store by the deadline shown on the tag.
Organisers said:
“Together with your help, we want to ensure every patient spending Christmas in hospital wakes up to a gift and feels the joy this Christmas.
“Every small act of kindness counts.
"Let’s bring some festive warmth and love to our hospital community!”
The donated presents will be distributed with the help of Airedale Hospital & Community Charity to patients spending Christmas in hospital.
Anyone wishing to support the appeal can visit Dunelm to pick up a gift tag and find out what is needed.
