Skipton shop Magpie has been sold, with new owners set to take over the business in the coming weeks.
The shop has reassured customers that many of its familiar products will continue to be available following the change of ownership.
These will include Annie Sloan paint, painted furniture, Arthouse Unlimited products, knobs and door handles, candles, antiques, collectables and artwork.
Announcing the sale, Magpie said the new owners would also have the freedom to introduce their own products and ideas, adding that the shop would remain “fabulous and joyful.”
Ahead of the handover, a sale is being held as a thank you to customers for their loyalty and support.
A number of items have been reduced, including half-price Persian rugs, antiques and collectables, alongside other bargains.
The new owners are expected to take over Magpie within the next few weeks.
