A popular Christmas attraction is returning to Skipton later this month as Skipton Boat Trips celebrates 24 years of its Magical Santa Cruises.
The family-run business will welcome families aboard the Cobbydale from Saturday 28th November for festive journeys along the Leeds and Liverpool Canal.
The 75-minute cruises give children the chance to meet Father Christmas, with parents invited to provide details about their children in advance to make the experience more personal.
Santa will greet each child by name and spend time chatting with them before presenting them with a special bag of goodies.
Adults can enjoy a warming drink and mince pie while taking in the scenery along the canal.
The award-winning Santa Cruises have become a Christmas tradition for many families, with visitors returning year after year.
Now entering their 24th year, the cruises will operate on selected weekends in the run-up to Christmas.
Advance booking is essential, with tickets available through the Skipton Boat Trips website at canaltrips.co.uk.
