The swimming pool at The Leisure Centre in Keighley is set to close for more than a week while essential maintenance work is carried out.
The pool will be unavailable to the public from Friday 23rd October until Monday 2nd November.
Work will include deep cleaning of the poolside and surrounding areas, cleaning drainage channels around the pool and cleaning the pool itself and its balance tanks.
Remedial tiling work will also be carried out within the changing areas during the closure.
The remainder of The Leisure Centre will stay open as normal while the swimming pool is closed.
However, the entire facility will close for one day on Friday 30th October to allow further essential work to be carried out on the drainage system.
