The Andy's Man Club branch in Skipton will change it's usual Monday session next week to host a 'Walk and Talk'.
The sessions run every Monday evening for local men to join to talk about their mental health.
Next Monday (21st April), Andy’s Man Club Skipton won’t be running in the evening but hosting their Walk and Talk instead.
At 10am outside Skipton Castle, the club will take a stroll through Skipton Woods, finishing up at The Terrace Tearooms in Craven Court for a brew and a chat.
A spokesperson for Andy's Man Club said this on Facebook:
"It’s a relaxed way to stay connected, keep the conversations going, and enjoy some fresh air.
"Family and friends are more than welcome to join us!
"Let’s keep showing up — just in a different way this week."
Andy's Man Club is a peer led charity for men over the age of 18 to support each other.
