The incident happened on 10th October at the Albion Yard, Skipton where an e-bike was stolen.
The bike was a Scott product, active line e-bike type cruise being stolen.
The bike was bronze in colour, with mud guards on the front and rear and a saddle bag attached.
NYP are appealing for information about the teenagers who were seen taking off with the bike.
They are also asking for any information on the whereabouts of the bike.
