Police in the Craven area are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following a dangerous driving incident involving a black Volkswagen Golf R.
The incident occurred on Saturday 30 May between 6.50 pm and 7 pm, when the vehicle failed to stop for police on Gargrave Road in the Broughton area.
It then made off, travelling along Church Street towards Gargrave, before continuing onto High Street, Skipton Road, the A65 towards the Gargrave Road roundabout, and onto the A629 towards Bradley, Farnhill and Silsden.
The vehicle was later found abandoned on Horn Lane in the Silsden area.
The vehicle was seen being driven dangerously along this route and are appealing to anyone who saw it travelling between these locations, or who may have captured footage on dashcam or CCTV, to come forward.
