Yorkshire residents are being invited to apply for the next series of the BBC's Gladiators.
Casting is now open for a new run of the sports entertainment game show and is calling on people across the UK, including those in Yorkshire, to put themselves forward as contestants.
Gladiators returned to screens following its long-awaited reboot in 2025 and sees members of the public compete in a series of physical challenges against the show’s Gladiators.
Across the competition, four contestants take part in a range of events designed to test their strength, speed and agility.
Competitors aim to score as many points as possible before facing the final challenge, known as ‘The Eliminator’.

Contestants also compete against one another to secure a place in the grand final, where one participant is ultimately crowned the series champion.
Producers Hungry Bear Media said:
“Gladiators, one of the most exciting and energetic sports entertainment game shows ever is back for a fourth series.
“We are on the look out for the bravest members of the British public who have the speed and skill to take on our superhuman Gladiators.”
Filming for the new series is expected to begin soon, with applications now open.
Anyone hoping to take part must be aged over 18 and complete an application form through the BBC website before the deadline on 31st May 2026.
