Students from schools in the Skipton area took part in the Rotary Technology Tournament at Gargrave Village Hall.
The tournament showcased their creativity, engineering skills and teamwork.
Pupils spent the day working on a series of technology and problem-solving challenges as part of the event, which brings together young people from different schools to test their design and engineering abilities.
Teams from Ermysted’s Grammar School achieved strong results in the competition.
The school’s Year 9 team won the award for Best Portfolio, while the Year 12 team finished third overall in their category.
Students from Skipton Girls’ High School also received recognition, with their Year 12 Design and Technology team winning the Best Portfolio award in the Key Stage 5 category.
The tournament forms part of a series of events run by local Rotary groups to encourage interest in science, technology, engineering and mathematics among young people.
