A Skipton-based business has been recognised after winning the “Best Use of Local Produce on a Menu” category at the 2025 Deliciously Yorkshire Taste Awards.

The award highlights food establishments that demonstrate a strong commitment to sourcing ingredients locally and showcasing Yorkshire’s culinary heritage.

Located near Skipton, the business was selected from a competitive list of finalists, many of whom are well established in Yorkshire’s food and drink sector.

The judges noted the winning venue’s menu as “unique, original and memorable” and praised its focus on local and regional suppliers.

The business works closely with its local supply chain to bring menus together with an emphasis on high-quality regional produce.

By emphasising ingredients sourced nearby and collaborating with suppliers, the venue aims to support the local economy while offering distinctive dining experiences.

  • Blacker Hall Farm Shop

  • Cedarbarn Farm Shop

  • Fodder – Great Yorkshire Food Hall

  • Elsworth at the Mill
