Skipton Boat Trips based at the canal, announced their win yesterday.
The team attended the British Marine Sector Association Awards in Poole on 15th January.
The night consisted of three awards:
- Business of the Year - Recognising exceptional overall performance, leadership, customer satisfaction, and contribution to the marine industry.
- Sustainability Award - Recognising strong commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable business practices across their operations.
- Product or Service of the Year - Recognising outstanding, innovative, or improved product or service that enhances the customer experience.
Skipton Boat Trips took home the Passenger Boat Association-Business of the Year award.
The team took to Facebook to show their gratitude:
