Skipton estate agent, Dacre, Son & Hartley has been awarded customer review platform, Feefo’s Platinum Trusted Service Award for the fifth year in a row, in recognition of the exceptional online reviews that verified clients continually write about the firm.
Almost 200 clients have reviewed Dacre, Son & Hartley in the past 12 months and more than three quarters of these gave the highest five-star rating, meaning the company’s overall score currently stands at an impressive 4.7 out of 5.
This latest platinum success means Dacre, Son & Hartley, which has an office in Skipton and 17 other locations across West and North Yorkshire, has now secured Feefo’s highest award each year since 2022.
Patrick McCutcheon, head of residential at Dacre, Son & Hartley, said:
“Our success as a business for more than 200 years has been built on consistently delivering excellent results for property buyers and sellers alike, and achieving the Platinum Trusted Service Award is the ultimate seal of approval.
“As a business we are responsible for marketing every type of property from apartments, cottages and terraces through to large family homes and multi-million-pound properties, across a large swathe of Yorkshire. With a focus on a personal and expert service, many customers recommend us to their friends and family and continually return to us each time they move, and this is reinforced by us consistently maintaining our platinum status for the past five years.”

Tony Wheble, CEO at Feefo, said:
“It is a privilege to celebrate companies like Dacre, Son & Hartley that remain steadfast in their commitment to customer success. This award is a testament to their ability to turn genuine feedback into meaningful action.
“By consistently exceeding expectations, Dacre, Son & Hartley isn’t just winning an award; they are building the long-term trust that defines the most successful brands of the future. We are proud to recognise their dedication to the people they serve.”
Feefo established the Trusted Service Awards in 2014 to highlight brands that lead with transparency. Because the awards are based purely on the analysis of verified reviews from real customers, they remain the most authentic reflection of a business’s commitment to service. In a marketplace where reviews can often be manipulated, the Feefo ‘Verified’ status provides consumers with the confidence that the feedback they see is 100% genuine.
The awards celebrate brands that have moved beyond customer satisfaction to build deep-rooted customer advocacy, making excellence a permanent part of their business DNA.
