Nearly one third of the 188 homes being built by Bellway in Skipton are now occupied.
More than half of the properties have been sold.
So far, 104 homes have been sold and 61 legal completions have taken place at Clifford Gardens on Carleton Road.
The development includes a mix of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom houses.
Prices currently start at £239,995 for a two-bedroom home, £409,995 for a four-bedroom detached property, and £624,995 for a five-bedroom home.
Local resident Chris Scott, who recently purchased a three-bedroom detached house on the development, has been using his drone to capture images of the site as it progresses.
He said:
“We’ve lived in the same house in Skipton for 21 years and have simply outgrown it.
"Bellway’s Clifford Gardens changed that, and when we saw that the build quality and design of the homes was head and shoulders over other new developments in the area, we started researching properly what we wanted to buy and call home.”
He plans to move into the property with his family later this year.
Bellway Yorkshire’s sales manager, Paula Murdoch, said the homes have generated strong interest since the start of sales and highlighted the development’s role in forming a new community in Skipton.
Clifford Gardens is being built on a 16.5-acre site.
More information about the development is available at www.bellway.co.uk or from the on-site sales office.
