Skipton will be featured in an upcoming episode of Yorkshire Great and Small with Dan and Helen this evening.
The episode will air on Channel 5 tonight (2 October 2025) at 8 pm.
The episode, titled Lady Anne’s Way, follows the presenters Dan Walker and Helen Skelton as they explore Skipton’s heritage and its role in the life of Lady Anne Clifford.

Viewers will see local landmarks, hear stories from the area, and follow the journey through countryside, from Skipton onward towards the hills.
The episode also links aspects of Skipton’s history and landscape with regional narratives that tie into the community’s connection to Yorkshire’s past and present.
