On Thursday 4th September, Dementia Forward will hold a Charity Golf Day at the Skipton Golf Club located on Short Lee Lane.
Dementia Forward is a Harrogate-based charity supporting people affected by dementia across North Yorkshire.
Participants can enter as a four-player team (4-Ball), with entry fees covering a round of golf, breakfast, and a two-course meal.
The fee for a four player team is £200 and the proceeds will go to Dementia Forward.
The event promises additional opportunities to win various prizes throughout the day.
The fundraiser aims not only to bring the local community together for a day of sport and camaraderie but also to raise much-needed funds to support Dementia Forward’s services and initiatives.
Last year’s Ripon-based event raised over £4,300, contributing significantly to the charity’s work in supporting families facing dementia.
