Terms & Conditions

1. This is a network competition. One winner will be selected across entries on Your Harrogate, Your Skipton and Your Ilkley.
2. One winner will receive six places at Nordic Nights, worth £570 in total.
3. May be on a shared table with other guests.
4. The winner can choose any night the event is running, subject to availability. If their preferred date is unavailable, an alternative date will need to be selected.
5. No purchase necessary. One prize per person/household.
6. Winners of all competitions must sign a release form acknowledging that they have read and understood the contest rules and that they are eligible under the contest rules to receive the prize.
7. Employees of Your Media Group, all organisations providing prizes, their participating sponsors, their agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible to participate.
8. Your Media Group reserves the right to disqualify any contestant if competition rules are not followed, the contestant is found ineligible, or the contestant has engaged in fraudulent behaviour.
9. Only the prize on offer is available, Your Media Group will not offer any cash alternatives.
10. Your Media Group competitions will usually have a closing date after which a winner will be announced.
11. All contestants acknowledge as a condition of entry that Your Media Group, all organisations providing the prize, and their participating sponsors have the right to publicise and broadcast his/her name online and on social media platforms.
12. In the event of any dispute, the Content Director’s decision is final.
13. All prizes are non-transferable for other prizes or to other persons, and not redeemable for cash. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
14. Competitions are open to everyone who is at least 18 years of age and who live within 15 miles of Harrogate, Skipton or Ilkley.
15. One entry per person will be allowed unless otherwise stated.
16. Information collected by Your Media Group in connection with entering or participating in any contest may be shared with sponsors of a particular contest in accordance with our privacy policy.
17. Winners must be over the age of 18.
