A fundraising canal cruise featuring a tribute to a well-known country music star is set to take place in Skipton this summer.
The Shania Twain Tribute Cruise will be held on Saturday 6th June from 6pm to 8pm, departing from Skipton Boat Trips.
The event will raise funds for Skipton Pride while offering guests an evening of music and entertainment on the water.
The cruise will begin with a selection of disco music and refreshments before a live tribute performance celebrating the songs of Shania Twain.
According to organisers, the show will feature performances of some of the singer’s best-known hits, with live vocals and a tribute to her country-pop style.
Tickets for the event are priced at £40 per person, with proceeds supporting the upcoming Skipton Pride celebrations.
Skipton Pride is set to take place 8th August at the canal basin.
The organisers of the pride event are hosting a variety of events to raise money for the event including a lottery.
Tickets can be booked online through the event page.
