Commando Mindset Fitness Studio in Skipton have announced the launch of their HYROX competition this May.
The announcement follows multiple requests for the gym to bring back HYROX to Skipton.
The studio located on High Corn Mill was started by ex-Royal Marine Commando and ex-Fireman, Tommy who started the gym to help people become fitter and stronger both physically and mentally.
The HYROX competition includes both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by one functional workout station, repeated eight times.
The team announced the competition launch via Facebook saying:
"You’ve all been asking………so here it is!
"HYROX has come back to Skipton!
"This is not just your opportunity to compete a full HYROX run through but also a chance to qualify yourself for the title of CM HYROX champion and take part in a final showdown, big prizes up for grabs."
The competition will take place on 10th May from 8am-5pm.
Tickets are now available varying in prices for open male/female, doubles male/female, mixed doubles and relay.
