On 19th and 20th July, Skipton Castle will go back in time for a series of medieval reenactments.
The events will showcase the life and times of late medieval life, when Lord and Lady Clifford were the owners of the castle.
Members of the castle household will take part in competitions like archery and combat displays.
Audiences will be able to take part in the sword school and medieval dancing.
The event will take place between 10am-5pm and the running order of each day is as follows:
10:00- Medieval life
10:30-Archery display
11:00- Knight school
11:45- Medieval fashion show
12:30- Food talk
1:15- Food is served
2:00- Mumming play
2:45- Music and dance
3:30- Archery competition
4:15- Combat display
