Ovino Lounge in Skipton has raised £1,494.10 for The Principle Trust Children’s Charity during its first month of trading.
The money was collected through a scheme where 50p from every burger and 20p from every coffee sold was donated to the charity.
According to the trust, the total will fund two week-long respite breaks for families supported by the organisation.
The Principle Trust Children’s Charity provides holidays and short breaks for children and families across the region who are facing poverty, trauma, disability, serious illness, or mental health challenges.
The Lounge Group, which operates Ovino Lounge, has chosen The Principle Trust as its local charity partner.
