Police are appealing for information after an assault in Skipton near the canal entrance at Belmont Wharf.
The incident is reported to have taken place between 4.30pm and 4.40 pm on Thursday, April 30th.
A member of the public was assaulted by a woman who was accompanied by a man.
Officers are asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or who was in the area at the time, to come forward.
They are particularly keen to hear from passing drivers who may have dashcam footage that could assist the investigation.
