Abstract: Beyond the Landscape brings together original abstract art by Yorkshire artists in the first of Just Makers’ new programme of exhibitions in Skipton.

Abstract: Beyond the Landscape is the first in a new programme of exhibitions at Just Makers in Craven Court, Skipton. Bringing together original work by Yorkshire artists, the exhibition explores different approaches to abstraction through colour, texture, form and landscape.

Featuring work by Julia Poulton, Julie Bruce, Emma Butler, Paul Edmondson and Lisa Metcalfe, the exhibition offers a chance to discover another side of contemporary Yorkshire art. All work is original and available to purchase.

The exhibition runs from 1 September to 11 October and is open during Just Makers’ usual gallery opening hours. Admission is free.
