Theives have stolen parts from vehicles at a car dealership in Cross Hills, causing more than £16,000 worth of damage.
Police say it happened at Citroen garage run by Just Motor Group on Skipton Road next to the level crossing, on Monday night this week.
Officers are asking local businesses in the area to check their CCTV cameras for a white and orange van, and say the occupants of the vehicle might be able to assist with the investigation.
They say the incident happened between 11.30pm on Monday (22nd September) and 00.30am on Tuesday (23rd September).
