Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following a collision which occurred in Skipton town centre.
It happened on A6131 High Street, junction with the roundabout at the War Memorial at 10:30 am on Saturday 21st February 2026.
It involved a pedal cycle and a car.
Following the collision, the rider of the pedal cycle, a man in his 80s, attended hospital where he was found to have multiple fractures to his pelvis.
It's believed that there were many witnesses to the collision who stopped and helped the pedestrian cyclist.
North Yorkshire Police are now appealing for any witnesses to the collision, anyone who may have seen the vehicles prior to the collision, or anyone with relevant dashcam footage, to contact us.
