Right at Home Ilkley, Keighley & Skipton is celebrating a remarkable double success after winning two major accolades at the prestigious Right at Home UK Annual Awards 2025, held at the luxurious Mottram Hall in Cheshire.
Managing Director Paresh Mistry received the coveted Spirit of Franchising Award, which recognises franchise owners who go above and beyond in supporting their peers across the Right at Home network. Paresh has been instrumental in mentoring new offices, sharing best practice, providing training support, and being a trusted sounding board for fellow owners. His collaborative approach has strengthened the network while ensuring consistent standards of care.
Meanwhile, Samuel Harrop, Registered Manager, was named Rising Star. Samuel joined Right at Home in December 2023 as Deputy Care Manager, was promoted to Care Manager in April 2024, and achieved the role of Registered Manager in October 2024 after successfully completing a rigorous CQC interview. In his current role, Samuel oversees the day-to-day running of the service, ensures the highest standards of care, and leads staff development and training. His rapid progression within the business, coupled with his commitment to clients and colleagues, has earned him national recognition as one of the sector’s most promising talents.
The Ilkley, Keighley & Skipton team was also shortlisted as a finalist in the Making a Difference category, which recognises offices that demonstrate a profound positive impact on their local communities. From delivering high-quality homecare to supporting local initiatives and families, the team’s efforts continue to be widely praised.
Commenting on the achievement, Paresh said:
“Winning these awards is a huge honour. I am immensely proud of Samuel for being recognised nationally as a Rising Star, and of our whole team for the difference they make daily to clients and families. The Spirit of Franchising Award is especially meaningful as collaboration is at the heart of what we do – we are stronger when we support each other.”
Lucy Campbell, CEO of Right at Home UK, added:
“The Ilkley, Keighley & Skipton office is a shining example of what it means to live the values of Right at Home. Paresh’s leadership, Samuel’s dedication, and the team’s community impact are truly inspiring. They fully deserve this recognition.”
