55 new homes proposed for site off Main Street in Addingham

Land near Main Street, Addingham.

Plans have been submitted to Bradford Council for 55 new homes on land off Main Street in Addingham.

The proposed development would be located between Addingham Cricket Club and the football and gala field.

The scheme would include a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes, with 18 of the 55 properties proposed as affordable housing.

The planning application is now open for public comment, with residents able to view the plans and submit their views to Bradford Council.

Comments are being invited until 15th September 2026.

The proposals are currently at the planning application stage and no decision has yet been made.

The application follows other recent housing proposals across the Bradford district, where planning applications are considered against a range of issues including access, highways, design, drainage, ecology and the provision of affordable housing.

Residents can view the full plans and submit comments through Bradford Council's planning portal.
